ABOUT THE FOUNDER
In 2006, I lost 65 pounds and have kept it off ever since. Most surprising to me was that I did it without much exercise!
I always equated losing weight with exercise and, with an extra 65 pounds on my body, I didn't really feel much like exercising! Once I started to lose weight, my energy levels increased and I started to incorporate more movement into my daily life (going for walks, riding a bike, easy hikes...).
I lost my weight by changing the way that I ate!
Exercise is extremely important and encouraged. However, you won't lose much weight by exercise alone.
You can't outrun a bad diet!
In 2009, I started leading weight loss classes for men who wanted to learn how, not just to lose weight, but keep it off! After all, that is the only way to measure success!
Over the years, I have helped thousands of men get healthier, physically and mentally in a class setting.
A class setting was great in many ways.
However, a class means following a one-size fits all program.
A class setting didn't allow me to work directly with clients
on an individual basis,
to customize the plan for each client's own unique circumstances, guide him on the unique issues that he may have in his life, and tailor the program in a way that best suits his needs, eating preferences and lifestyle.
With this in mind, I created
Paradigm Weight Loss.
My mission is to provide
